x 2 YOGA CLASSES PER DAY

Each day we practise in our stunning barn studios. A Hatha/ Vinyasa energising morning practise and more restorative and meditative styles for early evening. We include guided meditations, Yoga Nidra & Breathwork. Suitable for all levels with all equipment supplied

x3 CHEF PREPARED MEALS

We work with wonderful local professional female Chef's to offer healthy, vegetarian and vibrant meals on our retreats. Breakfast platters, Ginger shots, nutritious lunch's and dinners. Fuel your body correctly and you'll feel amazing after a few days with us. We supply, in moderation local Organic wines with Dinner, unlimited Herbal Tea/coffee & water each day

We love to offer a beautiful balance of activity, nutrition, rest and a sprinkle of slow paced French rural charm. We will take you to some of the most beautiful villages on Market day, off to a Chateau for Wine Tasting and Lunch, Countryside walks to beautiful viewpoints and more...

TRANSFERS & TRAVEL THROUGHOUT

We offer transfers from Bordeaux Airport from Manchester & London. We also supply all Travel throughout your stay so no need to worry about driving abroad or arranging anything, we have it covered.

FREE TIME

We are careful within our itinerary to plan everything so you have free time to do as you please during the retreat. You can read, swim, enjoy the hot tub at your leisure, sunbathe or book in a massage (additional fee), enjoy a countryside walk or help yourself to one of our bikes.
