A TYPICAL DAY ...

Relax, Unwind & Switch to a slower pace

Here's an example of a typical day on one of our retreats:


MORNING

  • Energising Morning Yoga class

  • Breakfast on the terrace 

​

LATE MORNING/AFTERNOON: 

  • Free time to Read, Sun bathe, borrow a Bike, go for a countryside Walk, have a Massage, Swim in the Pool, bubble in the Hot Tub or Snooze.

  • Some days we have an excursion planned (Market trip, Wine tasting etc) but each day will be â€‹at a relaxed pace with no rushing involved.

EARLY EVENING:

  • Restorative & Relaxing Yin Yoga class or Meditation/Breath workshop

Under the sound of the birdsong Lizzie will guide you through calming seated & reclined postures, relaxations, meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises), all to help lower stress levels, anxiety and bring a sense of stillness, perspective, balance and harmony.

EVENING:

  • Alfresco Healthy Dinner (Local wine included) and then the evening spent as you wish. Reading a book by sunset or enjoying a glass of wine with new friends - the beautiful choice is yours.

  •  Our last evening together includes Fire Pit after Dinner & Star Gazing
