We offer an extremely reasonably priced ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE for our seasonal retreats. Everything has been carefully curated so you can relax from the moment you step off the plane.

 

The Price includes : -

  • Daily Class (morning Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Fitness, Calming Evening Yin or Guest Teachers choice, Relaxation, Breathe work, Meditation & Yoga Nidra classes ( all equipment supplied )

  • 5 days in Beautiful Accommodation with full use of all facilities

  • Meals Suppled by our private Chef. Local produce, Nutritious & Healthy Alfresco Dining

  • Wine Tasting & Lunch at local Vineyard & Chateau 

  • Guided Countryside Walks, Bikes available, use of Hot Tub/Pool

  • A stroll around the world famous Buddhist Mindfulness centre & former home of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, Plum Village
